Innovate! Inc. is seeking a highly motivated individual to join its geospatial solutions team as aProgram Managerin support of expanding Innovates business footprint in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Our team is looking for a well-organized, self-directed applicant who can provide expert-level program management and strategic planning including program recommendations, execute program governance, and lead change initiatives. Assists in facilitating knowledge sharing across programs based on government and stakeholder needs and requirements. Identifies and reports new initiatives and performs program and business process improvement. Identifies synergies across projects/programs and/or duplication of effort across individual tasks and GTAC program areas to reduce redundancy and program costs, increase efficiency and identify and implement best practices. Supervises multiple projects and allocates/balances resources assigned, identify interdependencies, identifies/mitigates/manages risks, prepares action plans, resolves problems and takes corrective measures, produces/oversees main program documentation, and ensures effective communication between stakeholders.
