You'll build and mentor a team of data experts, collaborating with stakeholders across the business to establish a single source of truth for our most critical data assets. Strategic Leadership: * Define and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Primary Data Program (PDP). * Develop and maintain Master Data Management (MDM) policies, procedures, and standards. * Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in primary data management. * Identify and prioritize primary data management initiatives based on business needs and strategic objectives.
