University of Utah Per Diem NP Nurse Practitioner in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah
The University of Utah College of Nursing seeks a doctoral prepared psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner to provide health care at primarily the Rose Park Primary Care Clinic with possible additional/replacement time at University of Utah South Main medical clinic.In association with the Behavioral Health Integration and Dissemination Clinic (BHIDC) clinician will offer medication management to adult and pediatric patients at primarily University of Utah Rose Park Primary Care location and possibly in the future at University of Utah South Main clinic.This position is within the College of Nursings Practice and Community Collaboration. We are a dynamic team of providers who are committed to excellence, innovation, and mentoring future nurse practitioners. We practice in a variety of settings, and enjoy a large degree of self-determination. Most clinics are open during the day, M-F. We manage our own patient panel, but as part of a supportive team, we often collaborate.
