As our Operations Lead, you will partner with client representatives and R1 leadership to perform detailed reviews of facility-wide financial and operational metrics with the goal of identifying and capitalizing upon opportunities for process, cost, and patient satisfaction improvement.

Your previous experience in revenue cycle management, particularly in project-based operations leadership aimed at boosting efficiency and performance, will enable you to excel in this role. Experience with EPIC or Cerner is considered a plus.

Here’s what you will experience working as an Operations Lead:

• Document workflows and SOPs for operational consistency and serve as a training liaison for R1 technologies.

• Analyze and improve workflow efficiency

• Lead innovative projects with a proven track record

• Aid in transitioning to EPIC by collaborating with departments and training staff.

• Collaborate with operations leads to teach processes, analyze data, respond to client needs, and enhance operational performance.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $43,888.00 - $70,631.44 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%
