A rewarding career opportunity calling for excellent management,forecasting and communication skills,along with the ability to learn and manage financial transactions and grant compliance.  This position is with the Office of Financial Services,Division of Integrated Healthcare,which oversees Utah s multi-billion-dollar Medicaid and CHIP budget.   For information about Utah's Medicaid program please click here{target="_blank"}.   Incumbent is responsible for the budget and expenditures of the division and must maintain internal controls to ensure that payments meet all federal and state laws,regulations,administrative rules,and policies.  Incumbent also ensures that accurate reports of expenditures and budgets are kept and provided to division management on a regular basis.  Incumbent must direct the activities of a staff of 24 in order to accomplish these tasks.    Preference may be given to those with a bachelor's degree or higher in a business or financial related field,years of relevant work and senior management experience,or for a current CPA license.    Incomplete applications may not be considered.
