Responsibilities

  • Greets and assists visitors in person or over the telephone.

  • Provides general office support.

  • Will work graveyards.

  • Runs audit reports.

  • Prepares daily credit card and cash deposits.

  • Answers multi-line phones and assists guests as needed.

  • Must also perform the duties of a front desk clerk.

  • Must make time management decisions that ensure all duties are completed in a time-effective manner.

  • Reports to the Front Office Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) required. One year full-time customer service experience or equivalency, demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills also required. One year of general office experience, or equivalency.

Hiring department may require a minimum typing ability.
