Job Summary

As Learning and Development Intern you will drive continuous process improvement and act as a change agent to support growth and development within the organization.

Job Description

We are looking for a Learning and Development Intern. This position will be a full-time Internship role and remote. The internship program runs from June 2nd, 2025 - August 1st, 2025.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure a seamless learning experience

  • Maintain flexibility and adaptability to meet the varied needs of participants

  • Partner with coordinators and functional team members to transition candidates smoothly from recruitment to session participation and beyond

  • Drive continuous process improvement and act as a change agent, supporting growth and development

  • Assess and guide placement determinations, providing supporting documentation and narratives for each candidate

  • Facilitate multiple-day Talent Discovery Sessions

  • Compile key result metrics to be shared with senior leadership

  • Ensure the highest level of protection of employees' rights to privacy regarding records and confidentiality

  • Perform all other L&D-related duties as requested

What You'll Need

Required

  • Currently enrolled in a college degree program

  • Junior status; 3.5 GPA

  • MS Office proficiency

  • Strong communicator (written and verbal)

  • Help solve issues / identifies process improvements

  • Multi-task / effective time management

Preferred

  • Design software experience such as Adobe

  • Any experience with a LMS (Learning Management System) is a plus

  • Content development/building experience

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
