We are seeking a Kitchen Designer / Office Sales Assistant to join our growing team!

Responsibilities
- replying emails, answering phones, greeting walk-in customers, assisting with sales and other miscellaneous office duties.
- Responding to customer inquiries about the products we offer.
- Assists with data entry tasks.
- Assists with inventory control
- Managing client requests for images and copy by following client guidelines
- Scheduling Customers appointments
- Assisting Customers in the showroom, field/job site or via phone.
- Collaborate with project managers and installers to ensure that customer projects are completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction
- Advertising skills and promotional skills
- support the Store Appearance priority by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe
- Other assigned task maybe required
Qualifications
- High school degree or GED equivalent (minimum requirements)
- Prior sales experience is a plus
- Proficient with basic computer functions and ability to utilize software, data bases, scripts, and other tools appropriately
- Quickbooks knowledge
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and detailed oriented
- Able to work quickly and accurately with great attention to detail
- Strong follow up skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good Attendance record
