UTAH STATE COURTS Instructor for Divorce Education for Children Program in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah
INSTRUCTOR FOR DIVORCE EDUCATION FOR CHILDREN PROGRAM - INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
Under the supervision of the Divorce Education for Children Coordinator, the Divorce Education for Children program is a course designed to educate children ages 6 to 17 years old about the divorce process. The program has an existing curriculum that the contractor is required to follow. The curriculum is designed to help participants identify feelings common to children in divorce/separation situations while teaching communication skills to empower children to express their feelings. Any deviation from this curriculum must receive prior approval from the Divorce Education for Children Coordinator.
This is a part-time, one-class (1-2 hours) per month position without benefits. This position is contracted with the Courts. The instructor position is not a direct court employee.
