The HR Coordinator will represent the HR team and Hyatt brand in aprofessional,friendly and positive manner in all interactions.

The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with greeting allcolleagues,visitors,and applicants while maintaining the day-to-day administrative function of a highly active Human Resources office.Responsibilities willalsoinclude, although not limitedto:maintenance of incoming calls, answering/fielding questions, walk-in inquiries, special projects,Colleague Relationscoordination/execution,maintenance ofHRoffice environment, andsupporting our Recruitment process with on-boardingassistance.

Qualifications:

  • Multi-systemproficiency(i.e.Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint)

  • A true desireto fulfill the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

  • Refined verbal and written communication skills in Englishand Spanish

  • Professional presentation skills

  • PreviousHospitalityHR Experience preferred
