Robert Half HR Director in Salt Lake City, Utah

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an HR Director to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah. The role is centered on fostering effective employee relations and organizational growth. You will be actively involved in all aspects of human resources, including benefits management, talent acquisition, and policy procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Direct all HR functions such as talent acquisition, development, retention, regulatory compliance, and benefits administration.

• Develop, modify, and execute company HR policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with federal and state laws.

• Oversee the company's employee relations, fostering strong relationships, and creating a positive, productive work environment.

• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, conducting periodic surveys, and creating strategies for engagement.

• Design and coordinate the compensation and benefits packages to ensure they align with the organization's goals and employees' needs.

• Ensure professional growth and training of HR personnel.

• Prepare comprehensive reports regarding HR initiatives, such as diversity and equal opportunity compliance, personnel changes, etc.

• Manage the development of effective employee relations strategies.

• Oversee the implementation and management of PTO policies.

• Guide the company's growth through strategic talent acquisition efforts. Requirements • Proficiency in Employee Relations, with a proven track record of resolving conflicts and fostering a positive work environment

• Extensive experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee retention practices

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement Policies & Procedures that align with organizational goals and comply with legal regulations

• Knowledge of Compensation & Benefits strategies, with the ability to design competitive packages that attract and retain top talent

• Strong leadership skills, capable of directing a diverse team and driving HR initiatives

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration across all levels of the organization

• Proven strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions and drive organizational change

• Familiarity with HR technologies and software, including HRIS and ATS systems

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a master's degree or HR certifications preferred

• Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.
