CURRENT VAREX IMAGING EMPLOYEES: Please apply by logging into your internal Workday Account. SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Ethical Compliance Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing programs that reduce the risk of illegal or unethical activities in an organization such as third part risk management and due diligence on business partners. Help determine the potential sites and activities that might lead to regulatory or ethical failures. Assists with monitoring high risk areas and performs the coordination and preparation of internal and external audits and compliance in accordance with company policies and procedures. Reviews findings and fines from the SEC and DOJ across the industry to keep informed of trends in enforcement. Provides guidance on a broad range of compliance-related topics including ethics, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and other related areas. Develops training plan and training content for ethics and compliance topics. Collaborates with clients to develop positive and proactive approaches to compliance. Job Description Education and Experience *Associates Degree or equivalent experience *SCCE certification *3+ years experience in ethical compliance
