R1 RCM Director of Client Technology and Data Enablement in Salt Lake City, Utah

As our Director of Client Technology and Data Enablement, you will be responsible for establishing and driving the centralized data strategy to streamline the client experience by managing a team working through escalations, priorities, work management and outcomes for client data. This includes implementing new clients into R1 solutions. To thrive in this role, it is expected you will be a continuous learner who stays at the forefront of emerging technologies and data management best practices, and actively shares this expertise with leadership and within the organization's communities of practice.

Here's what you will experience working as Director of Client Technology and Data Enablement:

  • Establish and drive centralized data acquisition strategy and collaborate in key cross functional team settings to help develop requirements for products the organization will use for our go forward data strategy.

  • Establish KPIs to hold team accountable for high productivity and client satisfaction. KPIs to include accountable high-quality work of team and management of team workload.

  • Utilizing best practices, partner with executives to define organizational goals and strategic plans. Including providing expert business knowledge with comprehensive understanding of data operations.

  • Operationalize and maximize the impact of product innovations by driving adoption of new tools in the department and partnering with product to drive future technology requirements.

  • Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement through staff and team development and change management based on feedback from engagement surveys. Must be comfortable leveraging management layer and subordinates to drive change.

  • Act as a role model and coach team members in R1’s core values. Establish a culture of teamwork that balances individual initiatives with collective accomplishments; develop a team environment in which members participate, cooperate with and support each other. Hold team members accountable to performance expectation.

Required Skills:

  • Ideally 8 years’ data, people management, and/or technology experience.

  • Proven ability to formulate a strategic vision, define and implement action plans to achieve strategic goals.

  • Strong business and process knowledge, technology implementation, change management and large-scale program management.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented and persistent; very organized and comfortable producing and managing the details.

  • Experience working with globally distributed teams is preferred.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $117,000.00 - $206,407.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
