Position: Brokerage Complaint Specialist

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

In this role, you will:

  • Work on assigned cases and conduct research

  • Write letters or memos to resolve the complaints

  • Operate in a metrics-based environment

  • Handle FINRA complaints from brokers or sales assistants

  • They are not interacting with the customers as the focus is more on the operational and investigative aspects of handling the complaints.

Top Skills Required:

  • Series 7 License: Must be active or within a 2-year renewal window (Verify at FINRA BrokerCheck)

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in brokerage/operations environment

  • Skills: Brokerage operations, customer service, Microsoft Products

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills

  • Background: Operations/compliance preferred over sales
