Job Summary

Come work for the Purchasing Card team! Every day we help people across campus with their ability to purchase something with their PCard. This role provides routine office support, reviews and processes documents and requests for information, maintains files, enters data, and more!

Responsibilities

  1. Reviews and processes Concur requests and related forms; reviews them for accuracy and completeness; ensures compliance with university and department policies, procedures, and regulations.

  2. Helps with the distribution/re-carding initiative for all pcard users

  3. Audit documentation provided by units across campus

  4. Writing initial audit finding reports

  5. Provide feedback to units regarding ideas for potential improvement

  6. Run reports to better capture correct usage of pcard(s)

  7. Assist with various pcard processes, procedures, and programs

  8. Answers, screens, and routes incoming telephone calls.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be a current University of Utah student.

Preferences

  • One year of general office experience, or equivalency

  • Effective communication skills

  • Experience with finance/accounting, or desire to learn about it

  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service

  • A drive to work quickly and accurately to meet customer needs
