Job Summary
Scans university invoices and prepares them for payment.
Responsibilities
Invoice Processing and data entry (20 max per day, from pre-designated vendors)
Pending Queue Management (following up on problem invoices via email/Ushop comments, kicking duplicates)
Indexing from Scanning Queue (as needed)

Minimum Qualifications
Must be a current University of Utah student.
Preferences
We are looking for an individual who has:
One year of general office experience, or equivalency
Effective communication skills
Experience with finance/accounting, or desire to learn about it
Commitment to providing excellent customer service
A drive to work quickly and accurately to meet customer needs
