Job Summary
Come work for the Purchasing Card (PCard) team! Every day we help people across campus with their ability to purchase something with their PCard. This role assists with the purchasing card audit program on campus – as part of PCard team’s responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Schedule audits based on department(s) availability and routine need of the PCard department.
Auditing documentation provided by units across campus
Pull audit samples.
Writing initial audit finding reports
Provide feedback to units regarding ideas for potential improvement
Answers inquiries that may result in a search for records.
Run reports to better capture correct usage of PCard(s)
Update cardholder profile(s) based on purchasing needs (exemptions).
Maintains filing systems by determining the most appropriate filing category.
Answers, screens, and routes incoming telephone calls.
May participate in training.

Minimum Qualifications
Must be a current University of Utah student.
Preferences
One year of general office experience, or equivalency
Effective communication skills
Experience with finance/accounting, or a desire to learn more about it
Commitment to providing excellent customer service
A drive to work quickly and accurately to meet customer needs
