The ideal candidate for our Assistant Human Resources Manager will have prior experience in all aspects of Talent Acquisition.

• Post and un-post jobRequisitions

• Source newApplicants

• Communicate withApplicants throughout the recruitmentand onboardingprocess

• Work closelywith Hyatt Regency Salt Lake CityLeadership onApplicant status

• Represent Hyatt Regency at career fairs

• FacilitateNewHirePaperwork and coordinate New Hire Orientation sessions

• Overseeweeklyopen interviews

• Manage andmaintainapplicant flow logs

Qualifications:

• Multi-systemproficiency(i.e.Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint)

• Astrong desireto fulfill the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

• Excellentverbal andwrittencommunication skills in English

• Professional presentationand demeanor

• Verbal and written Spanish skills preferred

• PreviousTalent Acquisition Experiencerequired
