The Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) program at the David Eccles School of Business, University of Utah, seeks an innovative and driven professional to serve as Assistant Director. This role is critical to the program's growth, strategic direction, and commitment to providing an exceptional student experience. The Assistant Director will oversee key aspects of program management, student services, and stakeholder engagement, collaborating with faculty, staff, alumni, and industry partners to ensure the MHA program remains a leader in healthcare administration education.As a visible leader within the MHA program, the Assistant Director will champion program excellence, support strategic recruiting efforts, and enhance student engagement. The Assistant Director will also ensure compliance with accreditation standards, with a specific focus on maintaining CAHME accreditation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for higher education and healthcare administration.
