Are you seeking a career that is challenging and rewarding? We have an amazing opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist, the client is looking for someone who is meticulous with details and innovative.

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be over:

· Reconcile bank accounts, posting and balancing financial data in various ledgers

· Assist with weekly collection of customers with accounts < 90 days

· Collaborating with sales, accounting, and others to achieve common goals, and assisting in the creation of best practices

· Send statements monthly to every customer account with their unpaid balance.

· Update the Accounts Receivable spreadsheet daily with accurate payment information.

· Research/resolve all unpaid Accounts Receivable cash transactions cash transactions and provide detail when requested.

Requirements

· AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field

· 3+ years of relevant experience in receivable/accounts payable

· Bookkeeping experience preferred

· Strong analytical skills in basic accounts payable and accounting policy
