Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Saline, Michigan

Description:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the diagnose, troubleshoot and repair of the facility's 10 injection mold equipment lines. They will also be performing preventative maintenance and facility maintenance while they are not tending to the equipment.

Majority of the time will be performing preventative maintenance:

  • Follow a built out PM program and provide changes, suggestions, and enhancements to the programs as needed. PM program is top of the line. The maintenance supervisor will have a copy of the program daily, and the maintenance tech will be responsible for filling out his PM sheet daily.

When repairs are needed they will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnose, and repair automated injection mold equipment:

  • Receive requests from employees regarding equipment failures and respond to requests by diagnosing the issue and once the issues are diagnosed follow through with repair

  • Mechanical repairs include hydraulic repair, conveyors, motors and gears

  • Electrical repair involves wiring and running conduit

Afternoon shift-2:30pm-11:00pm
