Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a CFO / Controller to join our team in Salinas, California. In this role, you will be leading the financial and administrative aspects of our operations, collaborating closely with the CEO and Board of Directors, and playing a key role in our strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to ensure alignment with the organization's mission and goals.

• Utilize business operating skills to manage and streamline internal operations.

• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, banks, and other financial institutions.

• Oversee the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

• Prepare accurate financial forecasts, reports, and analyses for the leadership team and Board of Directors.

• Serve as a trusted advisor on financial matters, providing insights to support decision-making.

• Manage and monitor daily operations of our programs and sites, focusing on safety and quality of service delivery.

• Collaborate with the CEO to manage department heads effectively.

• Foster collaboration between departments to increase productivity and overall company performance.

• Utilize skills in 3M, Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, BlackLine, Chef, Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Annual Budget, Auditing, and Budget Processes to execute responsibilities effectively. Requirements • Possess proficiency in 3M

• Have considerable experience with Accounting Software Systems

• Show familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Demonstrate working knowledge of BlackLine

• Have basic understanding of Chef

• Show capability in handling Accounting Functions

• Prove experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Display expertise in creating Annual Budget

• Have significant experience in Auditing

• Exhibit proficiency in managing Budget Processes
