Our client, a leading organization in the Office industry, is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to join their team. As an Accounts Payable specialist, you will be part of the Finance department supporting the Accounts Payable team. The ideal candidate will have HR Knowledge, Staffing and Logistics Experience, Advantage Financial Experience or knowledge which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Salinas, CA

Pay Range: $25 per hour

What's the Job?

• Process Accounts Payable items and temporary staffing logistics.

• Experience with the County’s Advantage Financial system processing payments and understand HR confidentiality.

• Individual who is organized, has attention to detail, is comfortable with Microsoft Word/Excel, who understands the importance of confidentiality when dealing with HR related matters, is willing to work overtime and has a go-getter attitude.

What's Needed?

• 1+ years of experience in Accounts Payable

• Associates degree or equivalent experience

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
