Physical requirements can be up to 75-100 pounds, one-third of the scheduled shift. Equipment to move products isutilized as much as possible. The job requires detail focus to pull correct cabinetry, scan information, and load in proper sequence for delivery. Job duties include wrapping cabinetry and related wood products. Quality, Safety, Teamwork, and Reliability are the primary focus of the job assignment. The loader must be relied upon to work as a team member and independently to complete tasks.\ \ Qualifications
- Experience in Shop Class/Woods/Wood Technology/Cabinet Making is beneficial
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to work within a team setting or independently.
- Ability to use a tape measure (US Standard & Metric).
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Positive Outlook, Problem-Solving Skills
- Must lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 occasionally.
- Follow safety requirements
- Willingness to listen to and receive instruction
- A desire to learn and retain information
Responsibilities:
- Be able to work effectively and courteously with co-workers
- Understand and follow safety guidelines, including wearing company-provided protective equipment
- Provide regular and consistent attendance - be on time for the work schedule
- Contribute to the wrapping and loading of cabinetry and partsas defined by company-provided quality standards
- Willingly participate in all training
- Be motivated to achieve production targets and other key performance measures
- Basic Computer Skills
