Job Summary:

Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working with your hands? We are looking for enthusiastic Assemblers to join our team in Salem. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process, operating and monitoring machines, and ensuring our products meet the highest standards.

What You'll Do:

• Safety First: Adhere to all safety and quality requirements, ensuring a safe work environment.

• Operate Machinery: Work with state-of-the-art equipment to manufacture our products.

• Setup and Calibration: Assist in setting up and calibrating machines for optimal performance.

• Material Handling: Load component materials into tools and perform finishing operations like trimming and gluing.

• Quality Control: Inspect parts visually and dimensionally to ensure they meet our high standards.

• Documentation: Follow established procedures and documentation for product manufacturing.

• Maintenance: Keep machinery clean and well-maintained.

• Team Environment: Collaborate with a supportive team in a fast-paced production environment.
