Description We are inviting applications for the role of HR Analyst, which is based in Salem, Oregon. In this role, you will oversee HRIS processes, support the HR team, and manage organizational systems and HRIS tools to ensure effective HR services. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the HRIS processes and ensure their efficient operation

• Provide technical assistance to the supervisory staff for the effective use of HRIS

• Conduct detailed analysis using report data to aid decision-making

• Develop and implement new system processes to enhance efficiency

• Identify and implement tools to streamline HR processes in the system

• Assist with the maintenance of HR data, documents, and systems

• Analyze gaps in HRIS production quality and timeliness to improve outcomes

• Take a leadership role in following through on implementations and systems projects

• Keep up-to-date with laws, policies, and guidelines relevant to HR practices. Requirements • Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a must

• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Familiarity with Ceridian software

• Strong CRM skills

• Prior experience in auditing

• Understanding of benefit functions within HR

• Exceptional communication skills

• Demonstrable knowledge of HR compliance standards TalentMatch®
