WorkSource Oregon Civil Support Services Technician in Salem, Oregon

The Marion County Sheriff\'s Office is seeking applicants for a Civil Support Services Technician to join our team. As a part of our mandated function in the Civil unit of the Operations Division, Civil Support Service Technicians prepare civil service documents such as restraining orders and evictions, maintain records, and perform a variety of essential administrative tasks to support the safe and efficient operations of the Marion County Sheriff\'s Office. We believe every employee at the Sheriff\'s Office plays a critical role in public safety and service to the community. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be service oriented, and have a strong desire to work in a team environment. GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES Independently perform a variety of responsible administrative support activities, requiring a high degree of accuracy in the application of Sheriff\'s Office procedures. EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS 1. Graduation from high school; AND 2. Two years of employment experience which includes utilization of a personal computer; OR 3. Any satisfactory combination of work, education, training, or experience relevant to the position, as determined by Marion County.
