About the role and what you’ll be doing:

_As an intern at Ensono, you will have a direct impact working with your team and also take part in programming provided by our Training and Development team. This will include project work, professional development, a business challenge culminating in presenting to our executive leadership team, and networking opportunities. Ensono’s paid internship is a 12-week program that runs from May 19th to August 8th, 2025 and could lead to a part-time or full-time position within Ensono. _

Our summer internship is the entry point into our 12-month rotational program. The program aims to create a pathway to full time employment and develop well rounded junior associates with great potential.

Each summer we choose two interns to join Ensono full-time and gain experience in different departments over 3-month rotations. Because of this, our ideal intern candidate would graduate by June 2026 and be interested in full-time opportunities.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented summer intern to join our team and help with ServiceNow development of the automation ideas. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in application development.

Responsibilities

• Coding and Development: Developing catalog and writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code under the guidance of senior developers.

• Testing and Debugging: Conducting tests to ensure the catalogs developed are bug-free. This includes unit testing, integration testing, and debugging issues that arise during development

• Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation for the code, including comments within the code, user manuals, and technical documentation to help other developers / stakeholders

• Collaboration: Working closely with other team members, including developers, designers, and functional team, to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Experience in JavaScript and PowerShell.

• Experience in developing simple ServiceNow catalogs. 

• Experience in developing workflows. 

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of one operating system Windows/Linux and its command line. 

• Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM principles

• Knowledge of update sets, releases and cloning

• Knowledge of REST APIs

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $15 to $22 per hour. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs.
