Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical oversight and supervision to team members, ensuring high-quality service delivery
Facilitate weekly clinical case staffing's and team meetings to enhance treatment effectiveness
Conduct intakes, individual, family, and group therapy sessions as needed
Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality improvement indicators
Collaborate with community partners to provide comprehensive services and secure appropriate referrals
Manage program budget and develop fiscal projections in collaboration with leadership
Implement and oversee quality management systems to promote continuous improvement
Respond to crisis situations and ensure proper incident reporting
Evaluate staff performance, provide coaching, and identify training needs
Participate in program development and policy recommendations
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related field
Minimum of three years professional experience in substance use disorder treatment
At least one year of supervisory experience in substance use disorder treatment
Qualified Addiction Professional certification by the Missouri Credentialing Board, Inc. or applicable State Board
Required License/Certification (one of the following):
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Licensed Psychologist
Licensed Physician with training in mental health
Additional Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Successful completion of background check
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in electronic health record systems
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
Knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health and substance use disorder treatment
