Job Description
Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of office hardware and software assets.
Technical Support: Provide in-depth product knowledge and technical support to resolve issues and answer questions from business units.
Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and deadlines.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for hardware and software procurement, maintenance, and support.
Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on new technologies and systems. Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.
System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
Collaboration: Work closely with business units to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.
Compliance: Ensure all IT activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Software Maintenance: Monitor, identify, and correct straightforward software defects to maintain fully functioning applications software.
Application Development: Contribute to the development of existing and new applications by analyzing and identifying areas for modification and improvement. Develop new applications to meet customer requirements.
Data Analysis: Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats. This involves working independently.
Data Management Support: Help others get the most out of data management systems by providing support and advice.
Emerging Technologies: Explore and develop a basic understanding of external developments or emerging issues and contribute to the evaluation of their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization.
Knowledge Management Support: Help others get the most out of knowledge management systems by offering support and advice.
Professional Development: Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.
Industry Awareness: Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist literature.

Skillset:
Access Database Experience: Required experience with Access databases, including backend SQL knowledge to diagnose and repair database errors.
Data Transfer Management: Ability to handle large volume transfer requests by reviewing daily moves file and importing into Access.
Front-End Database Support: Assists associates with front-end database issues.
Report Building: Builds and maintains reports as needed.
