Job Title: CNC Machinist

Pay/Shift

25-34/hr - Open pay rate based on experience

Monday-Thursday: 3:30pm-2:am (2nd) $2 shift diff

Wknd Shifts: Friday, Saturday and Sunday (1st $2 shift diff and 3rd $4 shift diff)

Will Train on 1st shift for the first few months. Monday-Thursday: 6am-4pm (1st)

Job Description

The CNC Machinist produces machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.

Candidates will work on both CNC Mill and CNC Lathe, including 3, 4, and 5 axis machines. Job duties include:

• Working on Mill and Lathe CNC Machines including:

• Mazak

• Mazak Integrex

• OKK

• Haas

• Okuma Lathe (1 and 3 spindle)

• Mori Seiki

• Performing CNC Machine set-ups and operating equipment in support of parts requirements, including Mazatrol, G, and M Code

• Handling all tooling changeovers and adjustments

• Running and measuring to close and exact tolerances

• Running, operating, and ensuring productivity of CNC Machines

• Making quality measurements, checking dimensions, analyzing data, and making appropriate adjustments to meet part specifications

Aerospace experience is preferred but not required.
