Description
Dodge Construction Network (Dodge) is looking for aVendorManagementandProcurementDirectorwith experience in purchase management and vendor relations.Dodgeis seeking to optimize its procurement processes, reduce costs, and enhance its’competitive advantage.The person should be skilled in cost saving strategies, negotiation and supplier contract management.Partnering withExecutive Management,this position will develop andexecute strategyto managesourcing strategies,optimize business objectivesthroughdriving overall efficiency in how the company usesitpurchasingpower andhow thosevendorrelationshipsare monitored and reported.
Thisis afull-timepositionandreports directly to theCFO.

Essential Functions
Optimize procurement performance by identifying and implementing cost-saving opportunities, negotiating favorable contracts, consolidating vendors, and analysis of data & trends to deliver on business objectives
Serve as the primary contactand primary negotiatorforand withvendors
Conduct thorough market research, analyzing spend data, and leveraging vendor relationships to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms
Monitor vendor performance to ensure cost efficiencies are sustained over time, track and report on savings achieved, and continually assess procurement strategies to align with the organization’s financial and operational goals
Develop effective sourcing strategies to drive cost efficiency, enhance vendor quality, and ensure long-term vendor stability
Collaborate and meet regularly with internal management to discuss and re-evaluate strategic direction, to align procurement strategies with broader business objectives, ensuring seamless cross-functional integration
Track and analyze key performance metrics, including renewalmanagement, vendorperformance, cost savings, procurement efficiency, and compliance with quality standards
Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degreein a related fieldor equivalent education and work experience
Required Experience , Knowledge and Skills
10+ years ofvendor and contract procurement
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to understand complex subjects
Demonstrable negotiation skills in standard as well as complex environments/situations
Stronginterpersonal and communication skills, bothverbal and written when working with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Strong technical skillsin procurement software and ERP systems
Successful track record showing ability to work with a team to set strategic direction aligned with business goals with a clear execution plan and activity
Process definition and re-engineering, and metrics-driven performance management
Budgetary experience, particularly geared to aggressively managing Direct Cost items
Track record of delivery
Strongproject management skills
Preferred E xperience, Knowledge and Skills
Experience inreviewing and drafting legal documents, which directly translates to scrutinizing supplier contracts for terms and conditions, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks for the company

Salary Disclosure
Dodge Construction Network’scompensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary,comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles,uncappedcommissionsplans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
