Robert Half is recruiting a System Analyst for a client in the SaaS industry. This role is open due to the organization's continued growth and offers a primarily remote work arrangement. First preference will be given to candidates local to the Twin Cities, MN metro area. All candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and reside in one of the following states: AR, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, WI, WY

This role is key to ensuring the optimal functioning and efficiency of our client's SaaS platform. As a System Analyst, your responsibilities will include employing, maintaining, and enhancing the platform through the evaluation and integration of both business and technical needs. You will collaborate with quality analysts to uphold the system's overall health and with business analysts to identify potential improvements and implement changes.

As a subject matter expert, you are adept at supporting and training business partners, documenting best practices, and providing useful guidelines. You will have chances to demonstrate your expansive knowledge of the platform during sales and client calls, advocating for the platform's prime features and affirming "this is how it should be". The perfect candidate possesses an innate curiosity to understand business needs, ensuring that our technology continues to fulfill its intended requirements while always maintaining a customer-focused approach.

High-Level Job Requirements:

• Act as the resident expert on our platform.

• Inspect business needs and detect methods to achieve them using existing functionality - also participating in the design of new features.

• Document best practices, formulate guidelines, and develop training materials.

• Engage in the change management process by assisting in the creation of test plans and regression tests.

• Maintain open communication with business partners, developers, and QA.

• Encourage an innovative, teamwork-oriented environment.

• Contribute to the process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 4+ years of relevant experience within business analysis, system analysis, or technical support within the SaaS industry

• Strong collaboration and communication skills with a proven experience managing stakeholder relationships

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
