Our client, a leader in the Medical Devices industry, is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to join their team. As a Senior IT Business Analyst, you will be part of the Digital Solutions organization supporting critical interoperability initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior IT Business Analyst

Location: Saint Paul, MN

Pay Range: Pay - $73

What's the Job?

• Lead the interoperability implementations as assigned.

• Provide expert guidance in interfacing and messaging requirements and standards.

• Act as the primary point of contact for the implementation and support of integrations between medical device platforms and clinical systems.

• Collaborate with internal cross-functional technical and commercial teams.

• Engage with customers' IT and clinical team members to ensure successful integration.

What's Needed?

• BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

• Demonstrable understanding of healthcare data standards and frameworks such as HL7 v2, CCDA, FHIR, and IHE profiles.

• Deep experience with Integration Engine services such as Rhapsody, Cloverleaf, and InterSystems.

• Minimum of five years in a healthcare integration analyst or engineer role.

• Strong background with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech, and Allscripts.
