ManpowerGroup Senior IT Business Analyst in Saint Paul, Minnesota
Our client, a leader in the Medical Devices industry, is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to join their team. As a Senior IT Business Analyst, you will be part of the Digital Solutions organization supporting critical interoperability initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Saint Paul, MN
Pay Range: Pay - $73
What's the Job?
Lead the interoperability implementations as assigned.
Provide expert guidance in interfacing and messaging requirements and standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for the implementation and support of integrations between medical device platforms and clinical systems.
Collaborate with internal cross-functional technical and commercial teams.
Engage with customers' IT and clinical team members to ensure successful integration.
What's Needed?
BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Demonstrable understanding of healthcare data standards and frameworks such as HL7 v2, CCDA, FHIR, and IHE profiles.
Deep experience with Integration Engine services such as Rhapsody, Cloverleaf, and InterSystems.
Minimum of five years in a healthcare integration analyst or engineer role.
Strong background with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech, and Allscripts.
