• • Meeting Heavy - sometimes back to back

  • • Not a write code everyday position.

  • 80% leading the team & meetings (design, build, prototyping, proof of concept); 20% actual hands on the keyboard

  • Default is to configure (declarative development)

  • • Not everything will be custom APEX development.
