Robert Half is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our client in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This role involves seeking out, interviewing, and screening applicants to fill existing and future job openings, as well as promoting career opportunities within our organization. This position will play a crucial role in identifying new talent to bring to their organization.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay updated on current and future hiring and business needs.

• Perform comprehensive searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria using various resources such as computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, and employee referrals.

• Conduct interviews with applicants to obtain information on their work history, training, education, and job skills.

• Prepare and maintain employment records in an organized and systematic manner.

• Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.

• Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organizations.

• Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills for negotiation and customer service.

• Work independently and manage time efficiently.

• Apply basic knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices and other work-related activities.

• Understand and apply basic principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, and training.

• Use computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel effectively and efficiently.

• Implement strategic planning in business and management principles involved in the recruitment process.

Requirements

Requirements of the position:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter in a corporate or agency setting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) Administration and Hiring Processes

• Familiarity with database management

• Proficiency in Customer Service

• Experience in providing Training and implementing Operations, Procedures, and Policies

• Knowledge of Facility management and Benefit Functions

• Excellent Negotiation and Networking skills

• Familiarity with various Practices and Principles in recruitment

• Knowledge of Strategic Planning in the recruitment process

• Proficiency in using Media for recruitment and sourcing candidates through Referrals

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to maintain relationships

• Experience in Cold Calling for sourcing candidates

• Excellent Written Communication skills

• Ability to use various Computer Programs related to the recruitment process

• Familiarity with the time management software "About Time".
