Job Summary: Our team provides communication services to our clients, participants, Financial Professionals and internal teams. We offer a variety of tasks completed on a variety of timelines. The contributions from each team member require a high level of detail, problem solving, innovative thinking and a strong desire to meet business needs. Our team is looking for someone with a high degree of initiative, assertiveness and organization that has the ability to process returned mail. You will be independently responsible for the successful execution of this function and expected to following process controls that are in alignment with operational best practices and policies. Primary function: Process all incoming returned mail to the business unit and assist with mailing assembly projects. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Reviews, sorts and processes returned mail by updating systems with activity status, filing or redistributing mail.
• Assists with special projects as needed, including mail assembly.
• Distribute of various electronic and print administrative communications including collaboration with business partners on content needs, identifying and creating distribution lists, follow-up activities as needed, etc.
• Process plan level and participant report orders and conducts necessary follow-up.
