SUMMARY:K12 Tutoring (formerly Stride Tutoring), is the first major online tutoring company that exclusively utilizes state-certified teachers to deliver outstanding K-12 tutoring from the convenience of a laptop. We tutor all major subjects and over 100 courses across all grade levels. We serve both district and direct customers to provide tutoring to families in the United States. K12 Tutoring is a portfolio brand of the highly successful Stride, Inc. - a leader in online education for the past 20 years, most notably through public and private virtual schools offered via our core brand, K12. We arelooking for acreativeMarketingInternwho willsupportcustomeracquisitionand retentionexecution for ourB2C and B2Bmarketing efforts, with the goal ofattracting, converting, and retainingstudents and tutors on our platform.The role requiresa savvy,creativedigital marketer withskills inresearch, positioning, and messaging.You willdevelopand oversee the implementation ofinnovativeways toattract and retainpotential customers,and continually iterate onourstrategy and tacticsto exceed customer growth targets. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform theessential duties. * Create engaging blog posts using AI-assisted tools to generate content ideas, outlines, and drafts, while ensuring the final product aligns with brand voice * Assistindevelopment,maintenance,and execution ofsocial media and content strategyaligned with business goals * Design, plan, manage, and optimizecontentfordigital campaigns across multiple channelssuch asorganic and paidsocial media, emailmarketing,affiliate partners,etc. * Iterate, improve, and diversify current customer acquisitionand retentionchannels * Measure, analyze,and report oncampaign performance with granular tracking across relevantmetrics, including but not limited to impressions, clicks,sitevisitors, video views, collateral downloads, leads,andconversions * Evaluatethe performance of marketing campaigns to determine their effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve results * Leveragemarketing automationwhere possibleto streamline tasks and workflows * Organize and maintaindetailedschedule of campaign timing and execution for projects * Gain a deep understanding ofour customers'needs, ourproducts, and thefull customerjourney * Coordinateflexiblywithcolleagues across multiple teams atK12 Tutoring toaccomplish goals * Other duties as assigned Supervisory Responsibilities:This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Two(2)years' experiencedevelopingwell-written, innovativeconsumerweb and social mediacontentOR * Equivalent combination of education and experience * Experiencein the developmentand executionof creative campaignsto drive customer acquisition or retention across multiple channels * Experience with marketingapplicationssuch as Canva, Jasper, Hootsuite,and other creative content development and ublishing platforms * Ability to effectively utilize a content management system, such as Adobe Experience Manager * Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performancein systems such as Google Analytics * An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding strategic thinking, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills * Enjoys working with a lean, dynamic team in a fast-paced environment * Ability to prioritize effectively and manage competing priorities to deliver and drive results * Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail * A good communicator who sets the right expectations and follows through on their commitments * Strong collaboration skills when working cross-functionally * Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.) proficiency * Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (travel will beminimal,if any - e.g., team-building events) * Ability to clearrequiredbackground check Certificates and Licenses:None required. Compensation & Benefits:Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range. * We anticipate this position will pay $13.06 - $25.97 per hour. This is a temporary/Internship role. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
