Description We are offering a dynamic role for an Applications Architect in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The position will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining GIS databases in support of spatial data management and analysis activities. The role is offered on a short term contract basis.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain the GIS data environment for enterprise data

• Redesign and optimize existing GIS databases

• Create, implement, and document data standards

• Manage Esri ArcGIS Enterprise GIS Databases within the SQL Server environment

• Develop data models and database schemas to support spatial data analysis and visualization

• Optimize database performance for spatial queries and data processing tasks

• Collaborate with GIS analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and design appropriate database solutions

• Perform data quality assurance and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency of spatial data

• Document database designs, data models, and data workflows for reference and training purposes

• Process and maintain accurate customer credit records

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Applications Architect.

• Demonstrable proficiency in Database, EO/IR systems, and Linux Technologies.

• Experience in Configuration Management and Database Administration.

• Skilled in Design and proficient in ArcGIS Server.

• Sound knowledge of Advanced Guard for Information Security (AGIS) and Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS) is expected.

• Proficiency in ESRI GIS, GIS - Graphic Information System, GIS data, GIS databases, GIS mapping, and GIS software.
