Spire Federal Credit Union Business Analyst/Project Manager in Saint Paul, Minnesota

This position will receive business requests from management, solicit product and enhancement requirements from end users and must be able to convert the requests from both into a workable solution to present to technology staff. Works across all areas of the organization to plan, coordinate and implement projects. Leads and provides comprehensive support to project teams to deliver high-quality results, on time, within budget, and beyond our member's expectations. Major Duties and Responsibilities Serves as the primary point of contact for the organization in regard to assigned projects Ensures team members know their responsibilities and deliverables. Manages project throughout the project lifecycle and maintains key project deliverable, project plans, communication plans and status reports for new products, promotions, and enhancements. Uses Blaze' s project methodology and project reporting to ensure prompt and efficient execution, collaboration, and status communication of all assigned projects. Tracks, and reports project performance and status to leadership Prepares project plan. and obtains agreement to that plan from key project stakeholders. Lead projects and multi-functional project teams of internal associates, vendors, and technology partners to devise optimum solutions and launch new products or services. Elicits business requirements, through current system study, and discussion sessions with stakeholders. Outlines high level impact assessments, GAP analysis, and detailed design. Develops and documents design alternatives to satisfy user, business, statutory, and system requirements. Presents alternatives to business stakeholders and impacted areas to facilitate design decisions and gain consensus. Assists in the development of functional testing requirements for new or existing system features. Conducts system walkthrough and formal review of new implementations. Spearheads resolution of business and technical issues, through collaboration with various project stakeholders Assists in estimating and scheduling of a project or project tasks. Provides assistance t to troubleshoot and resolve problems and to explore opportunities for enhancement and improvement. Coordinates internal resources and third-party vendors to deliver highly effective solutions Other Duties Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control Exhibit Blaze's 5A culture - Ambassador, Achievement, Ambition, Ability and Attitude Regular and predictable attendance Perform other duties as assigned to support effective department operation. Job Requirements___ Experience/Education/Certifications/Licenses High School degree or equivalent 4 - 5 years of similar or related experience College degree in a related field a plus Familiarity with Waterfall or Agile methodologies Demonstrated Knowledge Comprehensive knowledge of project planning methods and techniques Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and options with a strong attention to detail. Strong communicator and influencer within all levels of the organization, accompanied with the ability to resolve conflicts. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Strong problem solving and project management skills. Ability to work inter-departmentally. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands. Ability to learn multiple software programs. In-depth understanding of Blaze products and systems Intermediate knowledge in the following technologies: Microsoft Windows server and desktop operating systems Microsoft Office (Teams, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Xcel) VPN Technologies Network management software and systems. Log management, security auditing, etc. Microsoft Visio (for network documentation) Microsoft Visual Basic/Visual Studio PC Inventory Software Communication Skills Ability to develop and implement responses to members/s aff to document and develop new and ongoing techniques to improve processes; written communications draw from expert information from the field as an individual contributor Physical Requirements Ability to sit and stand; answer calls; operate computer; interact with internal staff and public on the phone; travel to designated offices; lift up to 20 lbs.
