Job Description
As a member of the Cloud, Infrastructure, Operations, and Security (CIOS) division, you will specify, design and implement major changes to existing architectures. Maintain or create new infrastructure architecture models for a product or a portion of a major products being hosted. Review requirements and documentation for corporate architecture reviews. Communicate with development teams to ensure non-functional requirements are consistent and standardized with CIOS requirements.

Responsibilities
Architecting and delivering high-performance, highly scalable, and flexible, cost-effective, cloud-based enterprise business data and analytics solutions
Translating business requirements into conceptual and detailed technology solutions
Collaborates closely with peers, leaders, and business partners across the organization
Designing and documenting architecture at multiple levels (high-level to detailed) and across multiple views (conceptual, logical, physical, data flow and sequence diagrams)
Develops architectural strategies and direction which allows the business to deliver a new Smart Construction Platform.
Evaluating internal functions, business development strategies and IT processes and suggesting improvements
Creating architecture models to reflect the organization's strategies and goals
Evaluate technology, market trends and industry plus identify prospective impact on business.
Lead and direct to prepare governing principles to guide decision making pertinent to infrastructure architecture.
Develop implementation plan for infrastructure architecture on basis of IT strategies and business requirements.
Ensure cloud governance structure and comply with activities related to infrastructure architecture adherence.
Enforce infrastructure architecture execution as well as ongoing refinement tasks.
Consult application development teams to align infrastructure architecture assignments and identify need to modify infrastructure architecture.
Identify need to change technical architecture to incorporate infrastructure needs.
Ensure documentation of entire architecture design and evaluation work.
Develop and execute communication plus education plan for infrastructure architecture.
Infrastructure & Networks Architecture:
Expertise architecting and delivering end-to-end data solutions
Expertise in conducting analysis, design and implementation of infrastructure and cloud data center solutions including computing, networking, routing and security
Create automation and use monitoring tools to efficiently build, deploy and support cloud implementations
Experience architecting and delivering data integration and ETL solutions
Experience designing and developing performance-optimized data models
Experience with BI & data analytics tools preferred
Experience with Data Science and predictive analytics preferred
Experience with Construction applications preferred
Proficiency in tools/languages such Python, SQL, Java
Experience with Data Lakehouse strongly preferred
Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data movement and data quality with Big Data, relational and dimensional modeling, and unstructured data stores
Experience and in-depth knowledge of relational databases

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $102,200 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
