This entry-level Accounts Payable position is responsible for the daily processing of payable invoices from vendors to pulling reports and improving processes for our growing organization. This position reports to the Accounting Manager. The AP Specialist strives to provide exemplary service to internal and external customers while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and timeliness for any task. Timely entering of accounts payable invoices and receipts & pulling reports. Processing payments to vendors weekly & pulling reports. Maintain Accounting Vendor files with Confidentiality. A/P Journal entries as needed for monthly closing. Any additional or Ad hoc requirements for Accounts Payable as needed. Office Location or Where Work Will be Performed: 100% Onsite 5 days per week in Raleigh, NC . Minimum Qualifications: Excel & other office software application experience. Some Professional office experience is required. Ability to maintain confidentiality a must at all times. Extremely detail-oriented and high level of organization. Problem-solving skills are a must. Excellent Verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to do what is needed to meet deadlines. Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing environments. Evenly tempered, understands the audience when communicating. Team player mentality and attitude.
