Kuehne+Nagel Air Logistics Customer Care Supervisor in Saint Paul, Minnesota

Your Role
The primary responsibility of the Air Logistics Export Supervisor is to oversee all facets of the export process. This includes, but is not limited to, managing operations, handling billing, providing rate quotations, and approving vendor invoices.
Your Responsibilities
Supervise the team of Air Export Coordinators (5-6 individuals) to ensure timely operational processes are executed and customers are satisfied
Drive the Kuehne+Nagel experience with all customers, by developing relationships with customers through regular communication written and verbal
Lead month end accounting closure, audit and acknowledge payables, manage customer claimed invoices reactively and proactively implement corrective action to avoid future new claimed invoices
Actively drive the Kuehne+Nagel experience with employees by leading staff development, growth, regular 1on1s, training, coaching and performance enablement to its fullest
Ensure proper allocation of staff workloads, regularly evaluate and adjust as needed
Report to Air Logistics Customer Care Manager
Schedule: Flexible 8-hour shift between the hours of 7am and 5:30pm
Your Skills and Experiences
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting/Finance, or Business related major
3-5 years of experience in Air Logistics Export
1+ year of people management experience
