West Virginia Employer Maintenance Trainer in Saint Marys, West Virginia

REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma and a minimum of 8 years of engineering or maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is required, Must have the ability to train and perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance on instrumentation, motors, drives, circuit boards, PLCs, and other associated equipment. This will also include developing and delivering curriculums at each level including both classroom and plant floor training. Bachelors degree (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial engineering) preferred, Project Management experience is preferred. Pass background check, drug test, and credit check upon offer of employment. JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Trainer in Maintenance Dept, you will take the leadership role of ensuring associates are properly introduced to the facility and assist them in their progression through the Maintenance Skills Matrix. You will lead by example in key areas such as safety, housekeeping, quality, productivity, behavior, and attendance. You will present a positive attitude, be an effective communicator and display patience and compassion to help motivate associates to work at their highest potential. Full-time* team members receive** medical, dental and vision benefits starting day 1. Pay is $38.00 an hour working 7am to 3:30pm Monday thru Friday (forty hours per week.) On call as needed.
