Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and reliable Candy Production Associates to join our team. No prior experience is necessary; we are willing to train the right individuals. Key Responsibilities: Operate candy production equipment and machinery following company guidelines and safety standards. Prepare ingredients according to recipes and production schedules. Monitor and maintain the quality of candy products throughout the production process. Package, label, and store finished products for distribution. Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and production areas to meet food safety standards. Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper use of protective equipment.
