We are seeking a dedicated and skilled laborer to join out team in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and work experience. This role involves secondary work in the spring manufacturing process. Reponsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently within the manufacturing facility.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for fabrication tasks as needed.
- Assist in maintaining a cleaned and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Perfom routine quality checks
- Operate forklifts for material handling when required, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment if preferred.
- Knowledge of basic equipment.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools in a safe manner.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required by the job.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team environment.
