We are in search of a Senior Accountant to join our client in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Mgt industry. Centrally located and offers a hybrid model with huge growth opportunity. Requirements • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Real Estate Property/Facilities Mgt industry

• Proficiency in account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and bank reconciliations

• Strong knowledge and experience in working with General Ledger and Journal Entries

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and month-end close activities

• Experience with NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, MRI, and Yardi software

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field

• CPA certification or progress towards certification is preferred

• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
