Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry located in Saint Louis Park, Minnesota. In this role, you will be responsible for handling and processing invoices, maintaining vendor compliance, and reconciling vendor statements. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process approved invoices and payments.

• Monitor vendor compliance, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Handle the reconciliation of vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.

• Perform check processing and review of exceptions.

• Conduct data entry of bank deposits and new move-in rentals.

• Process annual 1099's.

• Maintain accurate records of customer credit applications.

• Handle the preparation of lien waivers for replacement draws.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions.

• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processes

• Experience with account reconciliation

• Ability to perform check runs

• Familiarity with coding invoices

• Proficiency in data entry tasks

• Knowledge of invoice processing procedures

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Oracle software

• Proficiency in QuickBooks

• Knowledge of SAP software
