JOB OVERVIEW

As an Estate Planning Senior Paralegal, you will be required to manage complex estate planning matters, draft legal documents, and handle tax returns with efficiency and accuracy. Ensuring adherence to the quality standards and procedures established by our firm, you will work closely with our attorneys on meeting the clients’ needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Directed by an attorney, carry out complicated estate planning procedures

• Handling tax returns for the firm’s clients accurately and efficiently

• Draft, proofread and finalize legal documents and correspondence

• Collaborate with attorneys to manage client relationships

• Ensure complete and organized client files

• Understand, adhere and implement the firm’s policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor’s degree in relevant field along with Paralegal certification

• Around 5+ years of substantial experience as an estate planning paralegal

• Proven experience in handling tax returns

• Strong knowledge of probate law, estate planning, and tax-related legal procedures

• Outstanding time management, organisational, and communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and popular legal software

Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant

• Proficient in Estate Planning and Private Wealth Management

• Experienced in handling Estate Tax Return and Trust Tax Returns

• Demonstrated skills in Reconciling Account

• Must have a background in ParaLegals

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other legal software

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Familiarity with legal terminologies and procedures

• Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity

• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times

• Bachelor’s degree in law, paralegal studies, or related field is preferred.
