Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Business Analyst to support the successful delivery of Salesforce technology solutions as part of their Global Operations Transformation Program. This critical role will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring seamless alignment of Salesforce technology to business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of robust business analysis expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in delivering Salesforce-based projects within a dynamic, global environment

Key Responsibilities

The primary tasks, duties, and responsibilities are:

  • Business Analysis:

      Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, workflows, and processes to support the implementation of Salesforce technology.

      Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications for Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations.

      Collaborate with stakeholders to define key success metrics and ensure alignment on project objectives.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:

      Act as a liaison between business teams, technical teams, and third-party vendors to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

      Present findings, updates, and recommendations clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including executives, technical teams, and end-users.

  • Salesforce Delivery Support:

      Provide domain expertise and guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices to optimize solution design.

      Partner with developers, architects, and administrators to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements.

      Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies within the Salesforce delivery process.

  • Change Management & Training:

      Support change management efforts by preparing documentation, training materials, and user guides to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.

      Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to empower users and stakeholders.

  • Quality Assurance:

     - Assist in the development and execution of test plans to validate Salesforce functionality, data integrity, and overall performance.

     - Ensure all delivered solutions meet defined quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements

Skills and Requirements

Must Have Requirements

 - Business Analysis Expertise: o Demonstrated experience in analyzing complex business processes, identifying pain points, and proposing technology-driven solutions.

   Proficiency in process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.

 - Salesforce Knowledge:

   Proven experience in delivering Salesforce platform and technology programs, including configuration, customization, and integrations.

   Familiarity with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud.

   Understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle and deployment methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps).

 - Communication Skills:

   Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

   Strong presentation skills and experience facilitating workshops or training sessions.

 - Technical Acumen:

   Knowledge of Salesforce architecture and tools, including Apex, Lightning, and integration APIs.

   Familiarity with data migration, reporting, and analytics in Salesforce.

 - Professional Experience:

   Previous experience working on global or enterprise-level technology transformation programs.

   Experience working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams. Additional requirements:

 - Minimum 5 Years experience with a proven track record of delivering high quality work

 - Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, or Salesforce Platform App Builder are desirable.

 - Experience with other CRM platforms or tools related to global operations.
